Freelance business and technology writers wanted!

Canberra woman writing website content for a finance company on a computer

We write some of our best copy at 2.30am on a Monday, but we don't like making it a habit.

Mint Content needs to grow, and we need more sleep. That's why we're on the hunt for talented freelance business and technology writers.

What we're looking for

We need reliable writers who understand B2B and technology and want to pick up the occasional extra gig. You don't need journalism experience to work with us, but you do need to:

  • understand how to write for different audiences
  • communicate complex ideas in simple terms
  • be able to turn a detailed brief into great content.

The work

Most of our clients are Australian IT, technology and real estate firms. You may be asked to write blog posts, case studies, website copy, press releases, thought leadership articles or magazine advertorials.

Deadlines are usually three business days from when the brief is issued.

Yes please, I'm interested!

Send an email to with a brief bio, links to previous work and your rates. We'd love to respond to each person individually, but unfortunately only successful applicants will be notified.
